Alasdair Watson talks about chocolate
Pointed to by Warren Ellis, kept here for my future chocolate exploration. This article reviews a chocolate tasting session at L’Artisan Du Chocolat, and has made my relatively un-fussed palate moist for good chocolate in much the way the movie Sideways made me hot for trying nicer wine (and Virginia Madsen, but that’s another story).
Generally, I am a basic consumer, relying primarily on how easy something is to get hold of and throw down my throat. People like Mr Watson complicate my life.
