(For those of you who are not comic people, I should explain that Previews is the main industry catalogue for comics… by main, I mean, they have an almost total monopoly on comic and comic merchandise distribution in the english speaking parts of the western world.
The image is taken from either the DC Comics or merchandising section of their monthly trade catalogue (which is more like a phone-book) that is also available to the public, and it is almost certainly official DC merchandise, and as such the copy can be taken as having been approved by DC and by extension, the corporate might of Time Warner.
Yeh, I know.)
