I just wish this felt more like that's what it was! Also, you know, after what happens in the movie, the "lost tales" approach has to really nail it, or it's a waste! I think the fact that Whedon can write comics so well - better from a standing start than Kevin Smith did, f'r sure - just highlights the fact that it's not an easy discipline to work in. I can only assume he has more oversight on the Buffy S8 scripts, because that book rocks!
