There was a young chap with a cheeky manner filming people saying "D'rectly!", which he claimed was a Cornish response to a query, meaning approximately "Leave me alone, woman, I'll get it done when I get it done." (I tried to explain to them that that isn't Cornish, it's just sarcastic English. But maybe that's all Cornish is anyway?) Chev and I had been fending him off for ages, but the whole tableau was the first thing in your and Dan's line of sight as you burst, triumphant, from the "Most Bladdered" thing, so you intervened. Mr Boultwood misunderstood and said "Directly" a few times, but to be fair to him, it was a <i>bit</i> confusing. He was very... grabby. He's smaller than one might imagine, isn't he?
